1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Raygees Logisitics’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Raygees Logisitics provides legitimate travel and educational consultancy services including visa application assistance, study abroad guidance, flight bookings, and travel consultation. We do not provide legal advice or immigration legal representation.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Raygees Logisitics cannot and does not guarantee visa approvals. Our role is to prepare the strongest possible legitimate application on your behalf.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Providing false information to embassies or immigration authorities is illegal and may result in permanent bans. Raygees Logisitics accepts no liability for consequences arising from false information provided by clients.
5. Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Raygees Logisitics strictly prohibits and will never assist with: forged documents, fabricated bank statements, false employment letters, fraudulent sponsorship letters, or any other deceptive practices. Any client requesting such assistance will be immediately declined and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Fees and Refunds
Service fees are clearly communicated before engagement. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. Visa application fees paid to embassies are non-refundable in the event of refusal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Raygees Logisitics’s liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, flight disruptions, or other outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
